Report of Excursion  2010-11

An educational trip to NCAT (trial tracks) VRDE was organised for students of classes I & II. Children enjoyed the trip and the visit to the different tracks.
The trip started on Monday 2nd August 2010 at 9:15 am. By the short speech and blessings by the Principal. Students saw various testing tracks for the vehicles . They came back to school at 11:00 am and were very much happy. The testing tracks they saw are -

• High speed track
• Deep wading track
• Shower test track
• Pot hole track
• Shallow water track
• Corrugated track
• Mud track
• Sand track
• Long wave pitches track
• Steering pad track
• Tunnel
• Straight track
• Side slop track
• Gradient track
• Noise testing track
• Helipad
• Emission lab
• Measurement track

This is a Meeting of Principal at Cluster Level (CMP)

Role of Primary Teachers: -

    Ø      Lead by example and try to be an exemplary role model for children to follow.

    Ø      Inspire and motivate children to believe they can do anything. – Ignite the spark. 

Ø      Take children as a ‘Learning Adventure’ everyday.

      Ø      Lead the children where they have never been before – you are the Pied Piper.

Ø      Excite and stimulate children’s natural curiosity, imagination and creativity.

Ø      Raise self-esteem and self-belief, and by doings create thinking, self-motivated and high achieving learners.

Ø      Prepare children for the society in which they are going to live and work.

Ø      Send them on to a secondary school with all the skills, attitudes, knowledge and resilience they need to succeed.
